Dave Chappelle, Kathy Griffin, Marlon Wayans, Brad Garrett and Charlie Murphy.
Ms. Flagella's in-depth knowledge of talent management, tour management, business management, club management and production has earned her many accolades in comedy, variety, unscripted, and feature films, where she has excelled at being a creative problem-solver and discreet liaison for A-List talent.
Ms. Flagella's financial acumen is a signature strength - negotiating, auditing, asset management and more. Creatively, she served as Executive Producer of the hit Comedy Central hit special, You Can Tell Em I Said It, and as Mr. Griffin's manager on The Comedy Get Down live tour and BET scripted television series.
As President of Eddie Griffin's production company for 14 years, Ms. Flagella excelled at talent, tour, development, venue, social media, and business operations, and also served as Mr. Griffin's personal manager. As Executive Producer of the hit show The Eddie Griffin Experience at The Rio Hotel and Casino ad The Sahara in Las Vegas, NV, Ms. Flagella oversaw all aspects, including marketing, talent relations, and business management..
As Producer of Dungeons and Dragons: The Movie, Ms. Flagella was instrumental in securing the final $36MM in private funding for the film. She oversaw every aspect of production, from location scouting to casting, and worked with Joel Silver/Silver Pictures to secure domestic distribution from New Line Cinema.
After managing The Laugh Factory in Hollywood for 5 years, she relocated to New York City to open The Laugh Factory in Times Square. Ms. Flagella was responsible for executing every flawless detail as the property was developed, constructed, and opened, including operations, staffing, and booking hard-to-get talent. Her grand opening of the famous New York franchise opened to a sold-out weekend featuring Dave Chappelle.
Her latest project was the comedy stand-up special Butch Bradley From Las Vegas in which she served as Executive Producer.
